Back in January we posted a story about a hacked Moscow highway billboard that displayed pornography for 2-minutes instead of advertising. Supposedly, an elderly Russian driver even had a heart attack at the wheel.
According to TG Daily, a 41-year old unemployed man has been charged by the Moscow police for illegal distribution of pornography and computer hacking. The Moscow Times reported that he used the IP address of an organization based in Chechnya to gain access to a Moscow server and upload the video. The man said his reason for pulling the prank was that he "wanted to give people a laugh."
