Munich-based startup Ubi Interactive claims they can turn any surface into a 3D touchscreen using a Microsoft Kinect sensor to turn a regular projector into a
multi-touch PC projection system. This is in contrast to the usual Kinect applications where its used to control with gestures at a distance, i.e. a Xbox 360 game that you control by waving your hands.
